1. General Provisions and Definitions

The words and phrases used in these terms and conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bdjacpot website, mobile site and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on bdjacpot or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal gaming profile.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive, credit or special offer provided by bdjacpot.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on bdjacpot:

• You must be a real individual, not a corporate entity.
• The information you register with must be accurate, complete and your own.
• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

It is each user's responsibility to register with accurate information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdjacpot may request identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Required documents may include: National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence.

• If KYC is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

• Providing false documents will result in the permanent closure of the account.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bdjacpot: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• A deposit may generally take a few minutes to be reflected in the account.
• The correct payment reference number must be used at the time of deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use only your own payment account.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Meeting this requirement before withdrawing the bonus is mandatory.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may take advantage of each promotion only once.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at bdjacpot's discretion.
• Deposited funds and bonuses in the account are tracked separately.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through dishonest means will result in the account being cancelled and all bonuses and related winnings being forfeited.
• Special cashback and rewards are provided for VIP members, which are governed by the VIP policy.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Policy

bdjacpot is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gameplay across all games. All games available on the platform are powered by software from verified game providers.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software or automation tools to gain a gaming advantage.
• Bonus abuse or taking advantage of any promotion through improper means.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate a game.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a server disruption or technical error occurs during a game, bdjacpot reserves the right to cancel or review the transaction. In such situations, the bet for the affected round may be refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

bdjacpot bears no responsibility in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• A transaction being delayed due to a problem with a third-party payment provider.
• Any issue arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Account damage due to unauthorised third-party access — where the user themselves has shared their login details.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events).

However, our core responsibility to users will always be maintained and any issues caused by a technical error will be resolved as quickly as possible.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by bdjacpot

• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of using a false identity or documents is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (in accordance with policy).

9.2 Closure by the User

10. Dispute Resolution
